The invention relates to the field of road construction equipment, in particular to a sewage intercepting device of a shaft for road construction, which comprises a sewage intercepting device body, the interior of the sewage intercepting device body is divided into a water inlet groove and a temporary storage cavity through a movable plate; when the sewage intercepting device of the hoistway for road construction is used, the size of a water seepage gap can be opened according to the rainwater flow through the arranged lifting assembly, in addition, through holes are formed in the movable plate, and meanwhile the sewage intercepting device can be used for draining water; an anti-blocking needle is further mounted in the formed through hole, the anti-blocking needle can achieve perforation along with movement displacement of the movable plate, and impurities in sewage are prevented from blocking the interior of the through hole formed in the surface of the movable plate; therefore, the drainage flow can be ensured all the time.
