According to the sponge urban road rainwater sewage intercepting device, a grate, a baffle and a detachable filtering unit are sequentially arranged in a sewage intercepting frame from top to bottom, a water inlet is formed in one side of the sewage intercepting frame, a first water outlet is formed in the lower portion of the other side of the sewage intercepting frame, and a second water outlet is formed in the upper portion; 2-4 vertical rods are arranged at the water inlet, so that the water inlet is divided into 3-5 holes at most; the detachable filtering unit is composed of a first detachable filtering unit and a second detachable filtering unit, the first detachable filtering unit is composed of a bottom plate and a plurality of vertical rods, the second detachable filtering unit is a base plate with holes, and the number and the size of the holes are matched with those of the first detachable filtering unit; and the grate and the baffle plate form an angle of 10-20 degrees with the horizontal plane during installation. The retention time of rainwater in the sewage intercepting frame can be prolonged, the replacement difficulty of the sewage intercepting frame is reduced, later cleaning is facilitated, the service life of the sewage intercepting frame is prolonged, the sewage intercepting frame is easy to use and popularize, and waste of manpower and material resources is reduced.
