Arsenic slag treatment method
The invention relates to an arsenic slag treatment method, and belongs to the technical field of solid waste heavy metal pollution treatment. According to the method, the arsenic residues are leached through hydrogen peroxide, and the arsenic residues are obtained after arsenic is recycled through the leaching solution; and fixing arsenic in the arsenic residues by adopting a slag-red mud based geopolymer. The furnace slag is rich in aluminosilicate and iron, the red mud contains aluminosilicate and is high in alkalinity, potential alkali activation is provided, the desulfurization gypsum can promote generation of ettringite in a system, and in the reaction process, the desulfurization gypsum swells, so that the structure is more compact, and the overall strength is improved; the slag-red mud geopolymer is beneficial to formation of a stable three-dimensional network structure and ettringite with arsenic, and the migration efficiency of arsenic is reduced.
本发明涉及一种砷渣的处理方法,属于固体废物重金属污染治理技术领域。本发明采用双氧水对砷渣进行浸出,通过浸出溶液回收砷后得到砷残渣;再采用炉渣‑赤泥基地聚物固定砷残渣中的砷。炉渣富含铝硅酸盐和铁,赤泥含有硅铝酸盐并且碱性高,提供潜在碱激活,脱硫石膏可以促进体系中钙矾石的产生,在反应过程中,脱硫石膏会有一些膨胀,使结构更致密,整体强度提高;炉渣‑赤泥基地聚物有利于与砷形成稳定的三维网状结构和钙矾石,降低砷的迁移效率。
