SLAG TREATMENT METHOD AND SLAG TREATMENT APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slag treatment method in which the amount of the molten slag to be injected is controlled stably when the molten slag is injected from a slag holding furnace into an electric furnace for executing reduction treatment of the molten slag.SOLUTION: The slag treatment method comprises the steps of: throwing the molten slag generated in a steelmaking process in the slag holding furnace while keeping a molten state; injecting the molten slag from the slag holding furnace into the electric furnace for housing a molten iron layer and a molten slag layer formed on the molten iron layer; continuously reducing the molten slag in the electric furnace; and recovering valuable materials in the molten slag in the molten iron layer. The slag treatment method of another aspect comprises the steps of: measuring the actual cumulative amount of the molten slag to be injected; calculating the planned cumulative amount of the molten slag to be injected when the molten slag is injected at a target injection speed in accordance with the reduction capacity of the electric furnace; and adjusting the injection speed of the molten slag on the basis of a difference between the measured actual cumulative amount of the molten slag to be injected and the calculated planned cumulative amount of the molten slag to be injected.
【課題】溶融スラグの還元処理を実行する電気炉にスラグ保持炉から溶融スラグを注入するときに、溶融スラグの注入量を安定的に制御する。【解決手段】製鋼工程で生成された溶融スラグを溶融状態のままスラグ保持炉に投入し、スラグ保持炉から、溶鉄層と溶鉄層上に形成された溶融スラグ層とを収容する電気炉内に、溶融スラグを注入し、電気炉にて溶融スラグを連続的に還元して、溶融スラグ中の有価物を溶鉄層中に回収するスラグ処理方法が提供される。上記スラグ処理方法は、溶融スラグの注入による実績累積注入量を測定し、溶融スラグが電気炉の還元処理能力に応じた目標注入速度で注入された場合の予定累積注入量を算出し、実績累積注入量の予定累積注入量に対する差分に基づいて、溶融スラグの注入速度を調節することを特徴とする。【選択図】図7
