The invention relates to the field of bridge engineering, in particular to a full-assembly bolt connection type steel-concrete composite beam bridge structure and a construction method.The full-assembly bolt connection type steel-concrete composite beam bridge structure is composed of a prefabricated bridge deck slab with holes, bolt shear keys, bolt fasteners, an epoxy resin layer, a steel beam with holes, piers and a prestress system.The prefabricated bridge deck slab with the holes is firstly connected with the steel beam with the holes through the bolt shear keys; epoxy resin layers are laid between the adjacent connected perforated bridge deck slabs, then the adjacent connected perforated bridge deck slabs are connected through bolt fasteners, the temporary prestress systems are arranged in the perforated steel beams in a linear mode, and after the perforated steel beams are installed in place and before the perforated prefabricated bridge deck slabs are installed, the temporary prestress systems are installed in advance and tensioned in place. After the whole prefabricated bridge deck slab with the holes is installed in place, the temporary prestress system is loosened; and then bridge deck pavement is carried out. The construction technology is simple, the influence on surrounding traffic and environment is small during structure construction, the construction period is short, and the good social value is achieved.
本发明涉及桥梁工程领域,特指一种全装配螺栓连接式钢混组合梁桥构造及施工方法,由带孔预制桥面板、螺栓剪力键、螺栓紧固件、环氧树脂层、带孔钢梁、桥墩、预应力系统构成,将带孔预制桥面板先与带孔钢梁通过螺栓剪力键进行连接;在相邻连接的带孔桥面板之间先敷设环氧树脂层,再通过螺栓紧固件连接,临时预应力系统布置在带孔钢梁内,按直线布置,在带孔钢梁安装到位后,带孔预制桥面板安装前,先行安装临时预应力系统,并张拉到位,待整个带孔预制桥面板安装到位后,再放松临时预应力系统;然后进行桥面铺装。本发明施工工艺简单,结构施工时对周边交通及环境影响小,施工周期短,有比较好的社会价值。
