Construction method of full-prefabricated assembly type concrete beam bridge structure system
The invention discloses a construction method of a full-prefabricated assembly type concrete beam bridge structure system. The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) concrete beam bridge assembly components are prefabricated in batches in an industrialized mode; (2) a lower supporting structure is formed on the foundation in a cast-in-place mode; (3) a temporary supporting system of a hidden cover beam is constructed on the basis of the lower supporting structure; (4) the hidden cover beam prefabricated section is hoisted to the position above a hidden cover beam temporary supporting system according to needs; (5) the temporary supporting system of the hidden cover beam is dismantled; (6) a small box girder temporary supporting system is built on the basis of the assembled hidden cover beam; (7) each prefabricated small box girder is erected; (8) abutted seam UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) is poured; (9) the prestressed steel beams are tensioned for coupling connection between anchoring sections; and (10) the temporary anchoring system and the small box girder temporary supporting system are dismantled. Therefore, according to the concrete beam type bridge structure system, the main body components are all prefabricated parts, and application of the prefabricated assembly structure can be popularized with low cost.
本发明公开了一种全预制装配式混凝土梁式桥结构体系的施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)工厂化批量预制混凝土梁式桥拼装构件;(2)在基础上现场浇筑成型下部支撑结构;(3)以下部支撑结构为基础,搭建隐盖梁临时支承体系;(4)按需吊装隐盖梁预制节段至隐盖梁临时支承体系上方;(5)拆除隐盖梁临时支承体系;(6)以拼装式隐盖梁为基础,搭建小箱梁临时支承体系;(7)架设各预制小箱梁;(8)浇筑拼缝UHPC;(9)张拉锚固节段间耦合连接用预应力钢束;(10)拆卸临时锚固体系、小箱梁临时支承体系即可。由此可知,本发明所述的混凝土梁式桥结构体系,主体构件均为预制件,能够低成本地推广预制拼装结构的应用。
