The modular underground comprehensive pipe gallery ventilation opening comprises a ventilation cap, a ventilation shaft, a ventilation chamber and a comprehensive pipe gallery which are sequentially communicated from top to bottom, a tongue-and-groove is formed in the open end of the ventilation cap, and a protrusion used for being clamped in the tongue-and-groove is arranged at the end, communicated with the ventilation cap, of the ventilation shaft; a first frame rib of the ventilation shaft extends out of the ventilation shaft and is connected with a second frame rib of the ventilation chamber top plate exposed in the first notch, and a first concrete filling layer is arranged in the first notch; the bottom of the enclosing wall is arranged in a second notch formed in the comprehensive pipe gallery top plate, a third frame rib in the enclosing wall extends out of the enclosing wall and is connected with a fourth frame rib exposed in the second notch, and a second concrete filling layer is arranged in the second notch; the ventilation opening structure is subjected to modular treatment and fabricated construction, and on the premise that the construction progress is guaranteed, all the modules are connected through rabbets and reinforced concrete to achieve the purpose of enhancing the stability of the fabricated structure.
