The horizontal abutted seams are filled with polymer cement mortar for blocking, and the outer sides of the seams are blocked through MS glue and PE rods; pre-positioning installation is carried out on a prefabricated wall panel 2 through the surveying, setting-out and gasket leveling process, the prefabricated wall panel hoisting process, the prefabricated wall panel positioning process, the inclined strut installation process, the prefabricated wall panel correcting process and the seam sealing process, and the sideline position of a concrete top plate 1 is arranged to be of a step-shaped structure; and the lower side surface of the prefabricated wallboard 2 is arranged to be step-shaped, so that a waterproof effect is achieved through the step-shaped structure, and the phenomenon of water leakage at the node position is effectively solved.
