The molded body (1) has a marking surface (39) in a portion of the surface thereof, the marking surface (39) being formed by alternately arranging a plurality of recesses (31) and a plurality of protrusions (32) in a planar shape at a predetermined pitch in a predetermined direction. The marking surface (39) has a higher light absorption rate than regions other than the marking surface (39), and is a hydrophobic surface having a water contact angle of 120 DEG or more or a hydrophilic surface having a water contact angle of 60 DEG or less.
