The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and discloses multiple solid waste non-sintered ceramsite based on phosphogypsum and a preparation method thereof.The non-sintered ceramsite is prepared from, by mass, 35%-70% of phosphogypsum, 10%-30% of fly ash, 5%-20% of phosphate tailings and 5%-15% of cement. The water and the additive respectively account for 25%-33% and 0%-3% of the total amount of the phosphogypsum, the fly ash, the phosphate tailings and the cement mixture; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring ardealite, fly ash, phosphate tailings, cement and an additive aqueous solution to form a mixture, granulating with water, and finally aging and curing to obtain the unfired ceramsite. The process method disclosed by the invention is relatively simple and low in cost, a large number of solid waste materials are utilized, and the prepared ceramsite can be widely applied to industries such as ceramsite concrete, cement concrete blocks, sound insulation walls, highway subgrade materials and the like.
