Method for rapidly preparing aluminum oxide ceramic chip and prepared aluminum oxide ceramic chip
The invention discloses a method for rapidly preparing an aluminum oxide ceramic chip and the prepared aluminum oxide ceramic chip, and relates to the technical field of aluminum oxide ceramics. The method for rapidly preparing the aluminum oxide ceramic chip comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing aluminum oxide, water, acrylamide, N, N-methylene bisacrylamide and a dispersing agent, and then carrying out ball milling to obtain slurry with the solid content of 60-70%; adding an ammonium persulfate aqueous solution into the slurry, uniformly stirring, then adding N, N, N-tetramethylethylenediamine, uniformly stirring to obtain easy-to-cure slurry, and carrying out slip casting on the easy-to-cure slurry to obtain a green body; and sequentially drying and sintering the green body. The slurry can be subjected to curing reaction in indoor light at room temperature, so that the forming effect is achieved, 3D printing is not needed, and the preparation time of the aluminum oxide ceramic wafer is greatly shortened. Meanwhile, the easy-to-cure slurry is high in solid content, small in shrinkage rate after debinding and sintering, low in finished product shrinkage rate and high in finished product rate.
本发明公开了一种快速制备氧化铝陶瓷片的方法及制得的氧化铝陶瓷片,涉及氧化铝陶瓷技术领域。本发明快速制备氧化铝陶瓷片的方法包括以下步骤:将氧化铝、水、丙烯酰胺、N,N‑亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和分散剂混合均匀后进行球磨,得到浆料,浆料的固含量为60%~70%;在浆料中加入过硫酸铵水溶液并搅拌均匀后,再加入N.N.N.N‑四甲基乙二胺搅拌均匀,得到易固化浆料,将易固化浆料进行注浆成型,得到坯体;后将坯体依次进行干燥和烧结。该浆料在室内光线室温中便能发生固化反应,进而达到成型的效果,无需进行3D打印,大大缩短了氧化铝陶瓷片的制备时间。同时,易固化浆料中固含量高,排胶烧结后收缩率小,成品收缩率低,成品率高。
