Method for preparing aluminum oxide foamed ceramic
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of thermal insulation materials, and particularly relates to a method for preparing aluminum oxide foamed ceramic through adoption of a foaming method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking ammonium chloride, urea, sugar, a sintering aid and aluminum oxide powder as raw materials, grinding and mixing, directly foaming in an inert atmosphere to obtain a porous carbon/aluminum oxide composite material, removing carbon from the obtained composite material to obtain an aluminum oxide foamed ceramic precursor, andsintering the obtained precursor at high temperature, so that the porous aluminum oxide foamed ceramic can be obtained. A simple and non-toxic process route is adopted, the production period is short, and the prepared aluminum oxide foamed ceramic has the characteristics of high porosity, low volume density and efficient heat insulation.
本发明属于隔热材料的制备技术领域,具体涉及一种发泡法制备氧化铝泡沫陶瓷的方法。制备方法包括以下步骤:以氯化铵、尿素、糖、助烧剂和氧化铝粉末为原料,研磨混合后直接在惰性气氛下发泡得到多孔碳/氧化铝复合材料,将得到的复合材料除去碳得到氧化铝泡沫陶瓷前驱体,再将得到的前驱体高温烧结,即可得到多孔氧化铝泡沫陶瓷。本发明采用简易无毒的工艺路线,生产周期短,制备出的氧化铝泡沫陶瓷具有高孔隙率、低体积密度和高效隔热的特点。
