The steel rail buffer layer is made of an elastic material. The vibration reduction steel rail comprises the particle damping steel rail dynamic vibration absorber. The problem that the vibration isolation and noise reduction capacity of an existing damping steel rail is limited is more effectively solved, and the vibration reduction and noise reduction frequency is further reduced.
