The tubular mass block is embedded in the rubber block, the metal particles are arranged in the tubular mass block, and the damping material is filled among the metal particles, so that the tubular mass block, the metal particles and the damping material in the tubular mass block integrally form the vibration absorber with larger mass; the inner metal particles form a plurality of small vibration absorbers, and the metal particles are linearly distributed, so that the vibration absorbers of the metal particles have a larger frequency band, and the characteristic frequency of the steel rail can be tuned in a larger range to achieve the optimal vibration and noise reduction effect.
本发明公开一种线性颗粒钢轨吸振器,包括钢轨,该钢轨的轨腰两侧固定有对称的橡胶块,橡胶块一直向下延伸固定在钢轨下侧翼,所述的橡胶块内还嵌装有管状式质量块,且该管状式质量块内设置有金属颗粒,而金属颗粒之间则相应填充有阻尼材料。本发明中橡胶块内嵌装设置管状质量块,管状质量块内部又设置有金属颗粒,金属颗粒之间又填充有阻尼材料,这样管状质量块连同内部的金属颗粒和阻尼材料整体构成较大质量的吸振器,而内部的金属颗粒本身又构成了许多小的吸振器,且金属颗粒呈线性分布,可使金属颗粒的吸振器具有较大的频带,可在更大范围对钢轨特征频率进行调谐,以达到最佳的减振降噪效果。
