In-situ soil and underground water remediation method adopting double-pipe double-channel liquid adding, powder spraying and stirring
According to the in-situ soil and underground water remediation method with double-pipe and double-channel liquid adding, powder spraying and stirring, in-situ remediation equipment comprising a pile driver and a material conveying system is used for remediation of deep contaminated soil and underground water, the pile driver comprises a double-pipe flow divider, a power head, a double-pipe drill rod and a double-channel stirring drill bit, and the double-pipe flow divider comprises a double-pipe flow divider, a power head, a double-pipe drill rod and a double-channel stirring drill bit. The material conveying system conveys high-pressure mixed gas containing solid powdery agents and liquid agents to the double-pipe flow divider. The method comprises the steps that high-pressure mixed gas containing a solid powdery agent and a liquid agent are conveyed to be sprayed out of a powder spraying pipe and a liquid medicine spraying pipe of a double-channel stirring drill bit respectively, and meanwhile, a pile driver drives the double-channel stirring drill bit to conduct clockwise tunneling and anticlockwise returning in the deep position of the polluted stratum; and the sprayed medicament and the pollution medium are stirred, mixed and acted. According to the method, simultaneous application of multiple agents is achieved, the working efficiency is improved, the spraying amount is larger, the agent soil mixing effect is more uniform, and the application prospect is wide.
两重管双通道加液喷粉搅拌的原位土壤与地下水修复方法,使用包括打桩机和输料系统的原位修复设备对深层污染土壤与地下水进行修复,其中,打桩机包括两重管分流器、动力头、两重管钻杆、以及双通道搅拌钻头,输料系统向两重管分流器输送含固体粉状药剂的高压混合气体和液体药剂。方法为:输送含固体粉状药剂的高压混合气体和液体药剂,使其分别从双通道搅拌钻头的粉剂喷管和药液喷管喷出,同时,打桩机带动双通道搅拌钻头在污染地层深处进行顺时针掘进和逆时针回升,使喷出的药剂与污染介质搅拌、混合以及发生作用。本方法实现多种药剂的同时施用,提高了工作效率,且具有更大的喷射量、更均匀的药剂土壤混合效果,应用前景广阔。
