The longitudinal sliding rails and the transverse sliding rails are each provided with a plurality of sliding ropes capable of sliding in the length direction of the sliding ropes, the sliding ropes are used for being connected with grids on the three sides of the quadrilateral geocell respectively, tensioning vehicles are arranged in the directions, deviating from the geocell, of the transverse sliding ropes, and the tensioning vehicles are connected with the transverse sliding ropes through pull ropes.
