The invention provides an assembly type geocell tensioning device which comprises two longitudinal sliding rails arranged in parallel, fixing holes are formed in the two ends of the longitudinal sliding rails, a transverse sliding rail is arranged between the longitudinal sliding rails, and the two ends of the transverse sliding rail are in sliding connection with the longitudinal sliding rails and can slide in the length direction of the longitudinal sliding rails. The longitudinal sliding rails and the transverse sliding rails are each provided with a plurality of sliding ropes capable of sliding in the length direction of the sliding ropes, the sliding ropes are used for being connected with grids on the three sides of the quadrilateral geocell respectively, tensioning vehicles are arranged in the directions, deviating from the geocell, of the transverse sliding ropes, and the tensioning vehicles are connected with the transverse sliding ropes through pull ropes.
