The invention provides a spray-seeding hanging net. The spray-seeding hanging net comprises a basic net and a wrinkle layer, the wrinkle layer is made of cloth-shaped objects. The wrinkle layer is fixed on the base net, so that when the base net is unfolded, the wrinkle layer is unfolded and wrinkles are formed on the surface of the base net. When the spray-seeding hanging net is used, the foundation net is laid and hung on a side slope. The wrinkle layer is supported on the side slope through the basic net, and then wrinkles are formed on the surface of the basic net. In the spray-seeding process, the repairing slurry slightly flows along the side slope.
