The spray-seeding matrix comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-50 parts of red soil, 35-50 parts of nursery soil, 4-9 parts of gap adjusting fiber, 1-2 parts of a water-retaining agent, 1-3 parts of a binder, 6-15 parts of fulvic acid and 14-20 parts of organic matters. According to the spray-seeding matrixprovided by the invention, different materials are added and mixed with local red soil, so that the problems that the soil nutrient of a red soil slope is barren, the content of organic matters is low, the water stability is poor, the content of gravels is high, the porosity is low and water and soil loss is easily caused are solved.
