By arranging the filter plate, the dirt scraping hopper and the chain and arranging the multiple layers of draining holes and the drainage mechanism on the dirt scraping hopper, the dirt scraping hopper can be driven by the chain to scrape away deposited sludge at the bottom of the water channel and can also scrape away floating garbage intercepted in front of the filter plate, and the effects of purifying water and avoiding gradual clogging of the water channel are achieved.
