The invention discloses a bionic high-efficiency continuous fog water collector which comprises a shell, a combined type bionic fog drop capturing structural part, a water collecting device, a condenser and a compressor. The combined type bionic fog drop capturing structural part, the water collecting device, the condenser and the compressor are arranged in the shell from top to bottom; the composite bionic fog drop capturing structural member is of an arch-shaped three-layer structure, a super-hydrophobic/super-hydrophilic alternate composite layer is arranged on the outer portion, an evaporator is arranged in the middle, and a copper-based super-hydrophobic layer is arranged at the bottom. The super-hydrophobic/super-hydrophilic interphase composite layer and the copper-based super-hydrophobic layer are used for quickly condensing and collecting water vapor in the air; the evaporator, the compressor and the condenser form a miniature refrigerating system which is used for refrigerating the external super-hydrophobic/super-hydrophilic alternate composite layer and the bottom copper-based super-hydrophobic layer; and condensate water is discharged from the external super-hydrophobic/super-hydrophilic alternate composite layer and the copper-based super-hydrophobic layer at the bottom and is collected in a water collecting device. The device is wide in application range, water drops in the air are collected into usable fresh water, and the fresh water collection cost of the device is far lower than that of seawater desalination.
