The invention discloses a bionic semiconductor air water collector using an adsorption method and a refrigeration condensation method. The bionic semiconductor air water collector comprises a low-power fan, an air heater, a rotating wheel with a silica gel adsorbent, non-uniform wettability fins, a semiconductor refrigeration sheet, heat dissipation fins, a heat dissipation fan, a water production chamber, a water filtering device and a water storage tank; the non-uniform wettability fins are vertically inserted into a rectangular frame at the upper part of the water production chamber, the surfaces of the non-uniform wettability fins are of a structure which is the same as the back of a nano brooch beetle, and the semiconductor refrigeration sheet is arranged on the outer wall surface of the rectangular frame; and the small-power fan corresponds to an air inlet of the air heater, an air outlet corresponds to one side of the honeycomb-shaped rotating wheel, and the other side of the honeycomb-shaped rotating wheel communicates with the interior of the top of the water production chamber. According to the semiconductor refrigeration air water generator simulating the desert beetle water production principle, an existing refrigeration condensation method and an adsorption method are combined, the desert beetle air water taking principle and the semiconductor refrigeration technology are applied, and the effect of taking water from air is achieved.
