The invention provides a cleaning nozzle and a local cleaning device. The cleaning nozzle and the local cleaning device can appropriately spray cleaning water mixed with a linear flow and a swirling flow through a simple structure capable of inhibiting large diameter and cost increase of the cleaning nozzle. The washing nozzle is a cylindrical washing nozzle in which a flow path of washing water is formed along an axial direction, has a discharge port for discharging washing water toward a human body portion, and is provided with a partition wall portion that defines a predetermined space having a circular cross-section and coaxially communicating with a central axis of the discharge port with respect to the flow path, and the partition wall portion has a bottom wall and a side wall. A first introduction port is formed in the bottom wall of the partition wall portion, the first introduction port introduces the cleaning water from below into the predetermined space so that the cleaning water flowing through the flow path flows in the axial direction in the predetermined space, and a second introduction port is formed in the side wall of the partition wall portion. And a second introduction port that introduces the cleaning water from the side into the prescribed space so that the cleaning water flowing through the flow path flows along the inner circumferential surface in the prescribed space.
