The construction method comprises the steps that S1, steel bar engineering is conducted, specifically, shear wall steel bars are bound, and in-wall temperature measuring points are arranged; s2, formwork engineering: shear wall formwork construction, inner wall thermal insulation layer construction, line snapping, peripheral stand column and cross bridging construction, plate formwork support construction, plate steel bar construction, in-plate temperature measurement point arrangement, plate side formwork construction, outer wall thermal insulation layer construction and hidden inspection; and S3, concrete engineering: concrete pouring and plate surface thermal insulation construction. A threaded screw is adopted, the tolerance between the inside and the outside of the screw is 50 mm, a T-shaped wall and a straight wall in a machine room are both reinforced through opposite-pull screws, a door opening is in a full-thread and half-thread three-section type, reverse threads are formed in the surface of the used screw, and the thread opening of the reverse threads makes contact with concrete in a staggered mode, so that the screw is more tightly engaged with the concrete, and the service life of the screw is prolonged. Ray escape when the screw is in parallel contact with the concrete is avoided, so that the radiation protection performance of the linear accelerator machine room is enhanced.
