The invention mainly relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a concrete construction method for an ultra-long large-size linear accelerator machine room. The method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting concrete raw materials, and stirring concrete; s2, a machine room bottom plate is poured, and a tongue-and-groove is reserved in the joint of the bottom plate and the machine room outer wall; s3, arranging a plurality of groups of cooling pipe loops and temperature measuring points in a wallboard mold of the machine room; s4, the wall of the machine room is poured, and meanwhile cooling water is introduced into the cooling pipe; s5, arranging a plurality of groups of cooling pipe loops and temperature measuring points in a top plate mold of the machine room; and S6, the machine room top plate is poured in multiple layers. According to the method, the temperature of concrete entering a mold is not higher than 30 DEG C, the concrete is stirred with ice water, and meanwhile, the problems that hydration heat is generated in the pouring interior of a concrete structure, the temperature in the body is too high and construction cracks occur are effectively solved through concrete temperature measurement and control equipment, mass concrete temperature grabbing and cooling water pipe temperature adjustment; and a tongue-and-groove seam is arranged, so that the problem of nuclear radiation leakage is effectively solved.
本发明主要涉及建筑领域,具体的说是一种超长大体积直线加速器机房的混凝土施工方法。本方法包括:S1.选取混凝土原材料,搅拌混凝土;S2.浇筑机房底板,并在底板与机房外墙相接部分预留企口;S3.在机房的墙板模具内布置多组降温管回路及测温点;S4.浇筑机房墙体,同时在降温管内通入冷却水;S5.在机房的顶板模具内布置多组降温管回路及测温点;S6.分多层浇筑机房顶板。本方法中混凝土入模温度不大于30℃,用冰水搅拌混凝土,同时通过混凝土温度测控设备,大体积混凝土温度抓取,调整降温水管的温度,有效解决混凝土结构浇筑内部产生水化热,体内温度过高,出现施工裂缝问题;设置企口缝,有效解决核辐射泄露的问题。
