The invention provides an anti-theft safety hinge and a door, and relates to the technical field of doors and windows, the anti-theft safety hinge comprises a hinge assembly and a warning device, the warning device is provided with a warning circuit, the warning circuit comprises a warning device and a contact switch which are electrically connected, and the hinge assembly comprises a fixed hinge, a movable hinge and a hinge mandrel. The fixed foldout is movably connected with the movable foldout through the hinge mandrel; the hinge mandrel rotates to abut against the contact switch, and the warning circuit is powered on to enable the warning device to conduct warning action. By arranging the warning device, when the door lock is damaged and the door leaf is opened, a user in a house is warned through the warning action made by the warning device, so that the attention of the user is aroused, and the personal safety of the user is prevented from being damaged. The problems that an existing hinge only has a rotating function, after a lock piece of a door leaf is damaged, other people can easily enter a house through the rotating hinge, and people in the house are difficult to perceive are solved.
