Paste filling material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an early-strength coal gangue paste filling material which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 65-75% of coal gangue, 0-20% of fly ash, 2-8% of slag and 5-10% of cement. The solid mass concentration is 80-85%; the addition amounts of the slump retaining agent and the early strength agent are 0.3%-1% and 5%-10% of the mass of the cementing material respectively. A method for preparing the early-strength coal gangue paste filling material for coal mining under three conditions comprises the step of uniformly mixing the coal gangue, the fly ash, the slag, the cement, the additive and the water according to the proportion to obtain the paste filling material. The coal gangue removal amount is large, the cement consumption is small, solid waste resource utilization is facilitated, and the production cost is effectively reduced; after reaching a filling working face, the short-term strength is high within 2-3 hours, and the long-term strength can reach the strength grade of C10 concrete; the working performance is good and the filling efficiency is excellent; the preparation process is simple, low-carbon and environment-friendly, does not consume excessive energy, and conforms to the national economical and environment-friendly process production advocated.
