本发明提供了一种明挖隧道移动式砼浇筑装置及浇筑方法，利用电动机驱动纵向移动机构带动砼浇筑装置整体纵向移动，利用电动机驱动横向移动机构带动料斗仓及下料软管横向移动，覆盖主体浇筑面，采用混凝土罐车直接与溜槽进行搭接，溜槽与料斗仓连接，无需使用泵车进行浇筑施工，充分展现了绿色施工的概念，节约了石油能源的消耗，降低了工程施工过程中的污染排放，而且还大幅提高了砼浇筑速度及施工效率。
