A lead screw is fixedly installed on a lifting attic frame composed of a telescopic supporting column and an attic support through a fixedly-installed bearing base, and a motor fixedly installed on the attic frame drives the lead screw to rotate in the forward direction and the reverse direction; the forward and reverse rotation of the screw rod is converted into the reciprocating motion of the push rod which is fixedly mounted with the nut along the screw rod through the nut sleeved on the screw rod; the lifting platform is fixedly connected with the bottom ends of inner pipes of the telescopic supporting columns forming the lifting attic frame; pulling ropes fixedly mounted on the two sides of the lifting platform are fixedly connected with the push rod after winding a guide wheel fixedly mounted on the attic bracket or in the hollow interior of the attic bracket; when the push rod reciprocates along the screw rod, the lifting platform is driven by the traction rope to ascend and descend; corner pieces are fixedly installed on a frame of the lifting attic, the lifting attic is fixedly installed above an indoor space or above an indoor stable building through the fixedly-installed corner pieces, and the lifting platform is adjusted to ascend and descend according to use so that the indoor height space can be flexibly divided. And the use of the indoor space is greatly expanded on the premise that the original living area is not changed.
