A forward and reverse thread lead screw is fixedly installed on a lifting attic frame composed of a telescopic supporting column and an attic support through a fixedly-installed bearing base, and a motor fixedly installed on the attic frame drives the forward and reverse thread lead screw to synchronously rotate in the forward direction and the reverse direction through a transmission wheel and a transmission belt; the forward and reverse rotation of the screw rod is converted into the reciprocating motion of two push rods in opposite directions along the forward and reverse thread screw rod, wherein the two push rods and the nuts are fixedly mounted; pulling ropes fixedly mounted on the two sides of the lifting platform are respectively and fixedly connected with the two push rods after winding a guide wheel fixedly mounted on the attic bracket or in the hollow interior of the attic bracket; the two push rods which do reciprocating motion in opposite directions along the lead screw respectively pull and drive the pulling ropes fixedly connected with the push rods, the lifting platform is pulled to ascend and descend, and the lifting attic is fixedly installed above a room or above an indoor stable building through corner connectors or fixing pieces fixedly installed on a frame of the lifting attic.
