本发明提供一种采用轻钢铆接交叉桁架的预制组合楼板及其施工方法,包括轻钢骨架和混凝土部分,轻钢骨架包括钢板,所述钢板的上表面沿对角线设有“X”型交叉桁架,“X”型交叉桁架的底部与钢板通过铆钉连接,“X”型交叉桁架设有N组桁架;相邻桁架之间铆有弯起扁钢拉条,施工时,依靠轻钢骨架承受施工荷载,无需搭设模架;本发明采用轻钢骨架替代纵横两个方向的钢筋,桁架与双向板主拉应力方向重合,与临界主裂缝方向相交,受力合理;用弯起扁钢拉条代替抗剪栓钉,实现轻量化、降低生产成本,带孔钢板起到双向配筋的作用,加上弯扁钢拉条下弯在受拉区的部分能承担一定的拉力,限制裂缝的开展,解决叠合板易开裂的问题。
