The invention relates to the field of buildings, and discloses a prefabricated assembly type steel bar truss composite floor adopting Y-shaped connecting pieces and a construction method of the prefabricated assembly type steel bar truss composite floor comprising the Y-shaped connecting pieces, an I-shaped steel beam, a steel bar truss and a concrete bottom plate. The steel bar trusses are transversely distributed at equal intervals and comprise upper chord longitudinal steel bars, lower chord longitudinal steel bars and lateral web member steel bars, the concrete bottom plate and the steel bar trusses form a prefabricated steel bar truss concrete bottom plate, and the concrete bottom plate wraps the lower chord longitudinal steel bars and is prefabricated into a whole through a factory. A notch, making contact with the Y-shaped connecting piece, of the prefabricated steel bar truss concrete slab is in an inverted cone shape. Compared with a traditional stud connecting piece, the novel Y-shaped connecting piece has the advantages that the connecting reliability can be guaranteed, the welding workload and the steel consumption are reduced, and the design with the notches facilitates the lap joint of reinforcing steel bars between the two plates; lightweight aggregate concrete can be adopted as concrete poured on the prefabricated steel bar truss concrete bottom plate, so that the overall weight of the structure is reduced, the prefabricated steel bar truss concrete bottom plate effectively solves the problem that an existing steel bar truss floor support plate steel bottom plate is smooth and inconvenient to decorate, and meanwhile the construction period can be greatly shortened through prefabricated assembly type construction; and the labor intensity of workers and the construction cost are reduced.
本发明涉及建筑领域,公开了一种采用Y型连接件的预制装配式钢筋桁架组合楼板及其施工方法,包括Y型连接件、工字钢梁、钢筋桁架、混凝土底板组成,所述Y型连接件与工字钢梁焊接,所述钢筋桁架横向等间距分布包括上弦纵向钢筋、下弦纵向钢筋、侧向腹杆钢筋,所述混凝土底板与钢筋桁架组成预制钢筋桁架混凝土底板,混凝土底板将下弦纵向钢筋包裹并由工厂预制成整体,所述预制钢筋桁架混凝土板与Y型连接件相接触槽口采用倒锥形。本发明采用新型的Y型连接件相比于传统的栓钉连接件既能保证连接的可靠性又减少了焊接工作量及用钢量,带槽口的设计也便于两板之间的钢筋搭接,浇筑于所述预制钢筋桁架混凝土底板上的混凝土可采用轻骨料混凝土使结构整体重量减轻,采用预制的钢筋桁架混凝土当底板有效解决了目前钢筋桁架楼承板钢底板光滑不便于装修的问题,同时预制装配式施工可大大缩短工期,施工方便降低了人工的劳动强度及施工成本。
