The invention discloses a porous water permeable brick filled with calcium carbonate waste and a preparation method of the porous water permeable brick. The porous water permeable brick is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-40% of calcium carbonate waste, 8-12% of an alkali activator, 10-20% of an active additive, 0.5-1% of a water reducing agent, 10-15% of waterborne polyurethane, 10-16% of water, 5-10% of animal and plant fibers and 5-10% of a foaming agent. The novel porous water permeable brick is prepared by taking calcium carbonate waste as active filling aggregate, taking an alkali activation agent, an active admixture and water as auxiliary materials for polymerization reaction, taking waterborne polyurethane as a cementing material and a hydrophobic auxiliary material and taking a foaming agent as a pore-forming agent through mixing, stirring, vibration molding and multi-step curing. The calcium carbonate waste and the natural animal and plant fibers are effectively utilized, consumption of non-renewable resources is reduced, meanwhile, the proportion is optimized, uniform distribution of pores of the water permeable brick is adjusted, and the water permeable brick is stable in strength and has good hydrophobic and water-guiding capacity.
本发明公开了一种碳酸钙废料填充的多孔透水砖及其制备方法,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:30‑40%碳酸钙废料、8‑12%碱激发剂、10‑20%活性外加剂、0.5‑1%减水剂、10‑15%水性聚氨酯、10‑16%水、5‑10%动植物纤维、5‑10%发泡剂。本发明采用碳酸钙废料作为活性填充骨料,以碱激化剂、活性外加剂、水作为聚合反应的辅料,水性聚氨酯作为胶凝材料和疏水辅料,发泡剂作为造孔剂,经混合搅拌,振动成型,多步养护而制成新型多孔透水砖。本发明有效利用碳酸钙废料和天然动植物纤维,减少对不可再生资源消耗,同时优化配比,调整透水砖的孔隙均匀分布,使其强度稳定并具有良好的疏水和导水能力。
