The invention relates to a method for preparing porous ceramsite from sludge and the obtained porous ceramsite. The method specifically comprises the following steps: 1) taking the sludge subjected to pre-dehydration treatment, adopting a wet oxidation reaction for pretreatment, and then dehydrating to obtain solid sludge residues; 2) mixing the sludge residues obtained in the step 1), fly ash, construction waste and other additives to obtain a mixture; and (3) sequentially granulating, drying and sintering the mixture to prepare the porous ceramsite. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the reduction of the sludge reaches 85% or above through wet oxidation, the content of organic matters in the sludge is reduced, the influence of odor in the sintering process of ceramsite preparation is avoided, effective utilization of sludge coupling fly ash, building concrete powder and other waste resources is realized, solid waste emission is reduced, the added value of the product is high, and the high-value utilization of wastes is realized.
本发明涉及一种利用污泥制备多孔陶粒的方法及得到的多孔陶粒,所述方法具体包括以下步骤:1)取预脱水处理后的污泥采用湿式氧化反应进行预处理,再进行脱水得到呈固体状的污泥残渣;2)取步骤1)获得的污泥残渣、粉煤灰、建筑垃圾及其他添加剂混合,得到混合料;3)混合料依次经造粒、干燥和烧结,制备得到多孔陶粒。与现有技术相比,本发明通过湿式氧化首先实现了污泥的减量化达到85%以上,同时降低了其中有机质的含量,避免了制备陶粒烧结过程中气味的影响,同时实现了污泥耦合粉煤灰、建筑混凝土粉末等废弃资源的有效利用,减少了固废排放,产品附加值高,实现了废弃物的高值化利用。
