The shockproof buffering device comprises a bearing main body, a bridge main beam, a first-stage damping assembly and a second-stage damping assembly, the bearing main body comprises a pile foundation, a bearing platform is arranged on the upper side of the pile foundation, a pier is arranged on the upper side of the bearing platform, a placing platform is arranged on the upper side of the pier, and a placing groove is formed in the upper side of the placing platform; the bridge body girder is placed in the placing groove; the first-stage shock absorption assembly comprises a first-stage shock absorber, and the first-stage shock absorber is used for vertical shock absorption of the bridge body main beam; the second-stage damping assembly comprises a second-stage damper, a vertical section and an inclined section which are connected with each other are arranged on the outer side of the adjusting block, and a transmission rod is arranged on the lower side of the bridge body main beam. The shock absorption effect can be achieved through the first-stage shock absorbers when the shock degree is small, and shock absorption can be achieved through the combined action of the first-stage shock absorbers and the second-stage shock absorbers when the shock degree is large, so that the shock absorption effect of the bridge main beam is better.
