The invention discloses a rubber cushion block, a beam body shockproof buffering device and a construction method thereof, the rubber cushion block is a hollow component, a rubber pad, a cavity and a rubber pad are sequentially arranged in the thickness direction of the rubber cushion block, and the thickness of the rubber cushion block is larger than the distance between a check block and a beam body. After the rubber cushion block is compressed in the thickness direction, the rubber cushion block can be ingeniously and directly clamped between the stop block and the beam body, additional components do not need to be installed on the stop block or the beam body to physically connect the rubber cushion block, and therefore operation is extremely easy and convenient during construction, clamping is conducted through elastic reset of the rubber cushion block, precision control requirements do not exist, and the construction efficiency is improved. An embedded part is omitted, maintenance is not needed, the installation and maintenance cost is reduced, the manufacturing cost of the shockproof buffering device for the beam body is reduced, after the beam body moves relative to the check block, the rubber cushion block follows in an elastic and self-adaptive mode, a gap between the rubber cushion block and the beam body is eliminated, and the rubber cushion block always provides elastic buffering and damping force. Buffering and shock absorption are not carried out when collision is carried out under the condition that gaps exist.
