The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a bridge prestress construction device which comprises a suspension grouting support, a prestress tensioning device and an adjusting device. The suspension irrigation support comprises an upper pedestal and a lower pedestal, and the prestress tensioning device is connected with the upper pedestal and the lower pedestal. The adjusting device is arranged on one side of the suspension irrigation support, connected with the upper pedestal and the lower pedestal and used for adjusting the distance between the upper pedestal and the lower pedestal. A suspension grouting support and a prestress tensioning device are arranged, pre-tensioning method construction is adopted for vertical prestress, the problem caused by non-compact prestress mud jacking in a post-tensioning method is solved, and the construction technology is simpler compared with the post-tensioning method; and by arranging the adjusting device, the device can adapt to different construction section heights and is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
