The invention discloses a sanitary water supply and drainage system for staircases of a multi-storey house. The sanitary water supply and drainage system comprises an electric control water supply valve, an electric control drainage valve, a water faucet of each storey, a connecting water pipe, a three-key remote controller, a water level remote controller and a system circuit controller. When in use, a section of water hose is sleeved on a faucet of any floor, the faucet is opened (other faucets need to be closed), and the outlet of the water hose is placed at the bottommost part of one bucket. In the water supply process of the function 1, a water supply key of a three-key remote controller is pressed, an electric control water supply valve is opened, an electric control drain valve is closed, then water inflow is started, water inflow is stopped when the water level reaches the position of a water level sensor, and water inflow can be stopped immediately by pressing a stop key of the three-key remote controller in the water inflow process. A drainage process 2 is realized: a drainage key of a three-key remote controller is pressed, an electric control drainage valve is opened, an electric control water supply valve is closed, then drainage is carried out by utilizing a siphon principle, drainage lasts for N seconds, and the drainage time needs to ensure that the bucket is emptied.
