The invention relates to the technical field of door structures, and discloses a semi-automatic door plate locking device which comprises a door shaft arranged on one side of a door frame, and a limiting piece arranged at the top of the door frame; the door plate is arranged on the door shaft and can rotate relative to the door shaft, the top of the door plate is rotationally connected with one end of the locking piece, a sliding groove is formed in the locking piece, and the sliding groove is matched with the limiting piece; the door plate is rotated to implement door opening action, one end of the locking piece is driven to rotate and move in the direction away from the door frame, so that the limiting piece moves along the sliding groove until the limiting piece moves to the end of the sliding groove, and the opening angle of the door plate is locked; the matching position of the limiting piece and the sliding groove is manually changed, locking of the opening angle of the door plate is relieved, the door plate is rotated in the opposite direction to conduct door closing action, one end of the locking piece is driven to rotate and move in the direction close to the door frame till the locking piece sinks into the door frame, and complete contact between the door plate and the door frame is achieved.
