The method comprises the following steps: preparing inorganic solid waste concrete; carbon dioxide is injected into the concrete, pressure data of each moment and the corresponding moment are recorded, the sealed quantity is obtained according to the pressure data, the sealed quantity data correspond to the moments, an original data sequence is formed, a GM prediction model is established, and a prediction result of the GM prediction model is compared with an actual result to output a relative error proportion; and performing interval division on the relative error proportion, and representing the divided interval as a state. According to the invention, the Markov chain is adopted to predict the sequestration amount according to the current data, and the carbon dioxide output amount is adjusted according to the predicted sequestration amount so as to ensure that the concrete can sequestration carbon dioxide to the maximum extent; the water, the monocalcium silicate and the limestone are used as concrete materials and can improve the sealing capacity of carbon dioxide.
