Method for curing/stabilizing landfill leachate concentrated solution by using geopolymer
The invention discloses a method for curing/stabilizing a landfill leachate concentrated solution by using a geopolymer, which comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the landfill leachate concentrated solution, a solid alkali activator and a geopolymer precursor at one time to form a geopolymer raw stock; and the formed primary pulp is subjected to injection molding, maintenance and demolding and then is naturally placed, so that the solidification/stabilization of the pollutants in the landfill leachate concentrated solution is completed. The added solid alkali activator obviously improves the liquid-solid ratio of the geopolymer and increases the disposal amount of the landfill leachate concentrated solution. The used geopolymer precursors are byproducts such as slag, fly ash and red mud which are produced in large quantities in industrial production, and are low in cost and easy to obtain. The method disclosed by the invention has excellent solidification/stabilization capability on organic matters, ammonia nitrogen, inorganic salts and heavy metals in the landfill leachate concentrated solution, realizes high-efficiency, low-cost and zero-emission treatment of the landfill leachate concentrated solution and resource utilization of industrial solid wastes, and has good popularization and application prospects.
本发明公开了一种利用地质聚合物固化/稳定化处置垃圾渗滤液浓缩液的方法,该方法是将垃圾渗滤液浓缩液、固态碱激活剂和地质聚合物前驱物一次性混合搅拌,形成地质聚合物原浆。形成的原浆经注模、养护和脱模后自然放置,便完成了垃圾渗滤液浓缩液污染物的固化/稳定化。所添加的固态碱激活剂明显提高地质聚合物的液固比,增加垃圾渗滤液浓缩液的处置量。使用的地质聚合物前驱物是工业生产中大量产生的矿渣、粉煤灰和赤泥等副产品,廉价易得。本发明方法对垃圾渗滤液浓缩液中有机质、氨氮、无机盐和重金属均具有优异的固化/稳定化能力,实现了垃圾渗滤液浓缩液的高效、低成本和零排放处理以及工业固废的资源化利用,具有良好的推广应用前景。
