The mass ratio of the recycled aggregate to the mixed recycled aggregate and the non-uniform coefficient, the grading coefficient and the void ratio of the mixed recycled aggregate are specifically limited, so that the reasonable range of the non-uniform coefficient and the grading coefficient of the mixed recycled aggregate with large stacking density and small void ratio and the corresponding filling mixed sand material are determined; therefore, the high-strength-grade mixed recycled aggregate concrete is prepared, a pouring material of a high-performance concrete structure is replaced, and the application range of the recycled aggregate concrete is greatly widened.
