The invention discloses a high-speed grinding trolley for urban rail transit steel rails, which comprises a grinding frame used for mounting and fixing all parts for realizing a grinding function, and a first lifting mechanism is respectively connected with a trolley body and the grinding frame and used for realizing lifting and descending of the grinding frame and providing pressing force. The polishing beam can be rapidly and reliably lifted through the second lifting mechanism; accurate adjustment and wide coverage of the steel rail surface grinding position are achieved through the grinding angle adjusting mechanism; the grinding stone group is rapidly rotated and replaced through the rotating mechanism and is locked after rotation is completed, and the stability of the working state of the grinding beam is guaranteed; lifting of the grinding frame is achieved through symmetrically-arranged fourth telescopic pieces, and the problems of device failure, uncontrollable state and the like caused by desynchrony in lifting operation are solved; and through cooperation of the suspension assembly and the suspension shaft, the lifted polishing frame is stably placed in the high-speed driving process, and the situation that the polishing frame falls on a steel rail or other dangerous situations occur when the lifting device after lifting fails is avoided.
