The invention discloses a steel rail cambered surface grinding trolley and a steel rail grinding wagon. The trolley comprises a frame and a steel rail grinding unit installed on the frame. The steel rail grinding unit comprises: a transverse moving mechanism; a grinding motor, wherein an output shaft of the grinding motor is connected with the grinding wheel, and the steel rail is ground through the outer circumferential surface of the grinding wheel; a grinding unit frame which is used for installing the grinding motor and is movably connected to the transverse moving mechanism, and the transverse moving mechanism can drive the grinding motor to achieve transverse moving operation; a deflection mechanism which is connected between the grinding unit frame and the grinding motor, wherein the deflection mechanism can drive the grinding motor to achieve deflection operation; and a downward pressing mechanism which is connected between the deflection mechanism and the grinding motor, wherein the grinding motor can be driven by the downward pressing mechanism to achieve lifting and downward pressing operation. The invention can solve the technical problems that: existing grinding trolleys cannot sufficiently grind the profile surface of the steel rail, cannot normally pass through a turnout area, and are complex in structure and limited in grinding deflection angle.
