The invention relates to an overwater segmental beam lifting station and a closure construction method, and relates to the technical field of bridge segmental beam closure, the overwater segmental beam lifting station comprises piers and bridge frames arranged on the piers, closure sections are formed between the bridge frames, and support columns used for assisting in supporting the bridge frames are arranged at the positions, close to the closure sections, of the piers; hoisting trusses are arranged on the bridge frames on the two sides of the closure section respectively, center hole jacks are arranged on the hoisting trusses, hoisting steel ropes are movably installed on the center hole jacks, and the ends, facing the water surface, of the hoisting steel ropes on the two sides are jointly connected with a stabilizing frame used for being connected with the segmental beams; and an adjusting bracket is arranged below the hoisting truss. The method can effectively solve the problem that navigation is seriously influenced by slow construction progress of the closure section of the span bridge, can realize integral lifting and accurate positioning of the segmental beam, and improves the safety and efficiency of closure construction of the steel structure bridge.
