An overwater cast-in-place continuous beam construction monitoring method relates to the technical field of overwater continuous beam construction and comprises the following steps: S1, determining monitoring sections and monitoring points: determining at least three monitoring points on the monitoring sections when the number of the monitoring sections in the bridge direction is not less than three; s2, sensors are installed at the monitoring points, and instantaneous data measured by the sensors are transmitted to terminal equipment in real time; s3, instantaneous data transmitted by the sensor is transmitted to terminal equipment for data analysis, accumulation analysis is carried out on the settlement of the platform and the settlement of the support in water, a safety level, an early warning level and a danger level are set in the terminal equipment, and if the data analysis result is the safety level, normal construction and inspection maintenance are carried out; if the data analysis result is in an early warning level, the monitoring frequency is encrypted, and corresponding measures are taken to cancel early warning until the data analysis is reduced to a security level; if the data analysis result is in a danger level, an emergency plan needs to be started, a road is closed, and traffic flow and crowd are evacuated until the data analysis is reduced to a safety level; and S4, forming an analysis report according to a monitoring result.
