Multi-layer soil sliding rotary jet grouting reinforcement method
The invention provides a multi-layer soil sliding jet grouting reinforcement method. A reinforcement range is selected at a position beneficial to landslide stabilization; a plurality of guide holes are formed in the reinforcing range, and the guide holes start drilling from the earth surface, penetrate through the first layer of slip mass soil, the first layer of slip zone soil, the second layer of slip mass soil and the second layer of slip zone soil and enter the position below the bedrock surface by an anchoring length; a steel bar is attached to a rotary spraying rod and placed into the bottom of the guide hole to be subjected to rib rotary spraying, and a rotary spraying body is formed; and then the rotary spraying rod is lifted to the position near the second layer of slip band soil for rotary spraying to form a rotary spraying body. The multi-layer rotary spraying method is adopted to reinforce the multi-layer sliding surface, the resistance of each layer of sliding surface can be effectively improved, the method is expected to become an effective method in landslide control, and the method has the advantages of being simple in process, easy to implement, good in reliability, low in manufacturing cost, short in construction period, fast in effect taking, traceless in ground environment, free of underground pollution and the like.
本发明提出了一种多层土滑动旋喷加固方法,是在有利于滑坡稳定位置选择一个加固范围;在加固范围内设置多个引孔,引孔从地表开始钻进,穿过第一层滑体土、第一层滑带土、第二层滑体土、第二层滑带土,进入基岩面以下一个锚固长度;将钢筋附着在旋喷杆上置入引孔底部进行“带筋旋喷”,形成旋喷体;再将旋喷杆提升到第二层滑带土附近旋喷形成旋喷体。本发明采用多层旋喷方法对多层滑面进行加固,可有效提高各层滑面的抗力,有望成为滑坡治理中的一个有效方法,具有工艺简单、易于实施、可靠性好、造价底、工期短、见效快、地面环境无痕迹、地下无污染等特点。
