Rock layer sliding zone soil jet grouting method
The invention provides a rock layer sliding zone soil jet grouting method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining an improvement range; then, a plurality of guide holes are formed in the improvement range, and the guide holes start to drill from the earth surface, penetrate through the to-be-reinforced rock layer surface layer slip zone soil and enter a rock body below the lower layer slip zone soil by an anchoring length; then steel bars are attached to a rotary spraying rod to be placed into the bottom of the guide hole to be subjected to low-pressure ribbed rotary spraying; and high-pressure ribbed jet grouting is carried out at the position of the slip zone soil and within the range of 1-3 times of the thickness of the slip zone soil above and below the slip zone soil, so that a jet grouting body is formed in the slip zone soil. The multi-layer rotary jet grouting method is adopted to improve the multi-layer sliding surface in the bed rock, the resistance of each layer of sliding surface can be effectively improved, and the method is expected to become an effective method in landslide control and has the advantages of being simple in process, easy to implement, good in reliability, low in manufacturing cost, short in construction period, quick in effect taking, traceless in ground environment, free of underground pollution and the like.
本发明提出了一种岩石层面滑动滑带土旋喷方法,先确定改良范围;然后在改良范围内设置多个引孔,引孔从地表开始钻进,穿过需要加固的岩石层面层滑带土,并进入下层滑带土以下岩体一个锚固长度;然后将钢筋附着在旋喷杆上置入引孔底部进行“低压带筋旋喷”;在滑带土位置及其上下各1‑3倍滑带土厚度范围内,进行“高压带筋旋喷”,以在滑带土中形成旋喷体。本发明采用多层旋喷方法对基岩内多层滑面进行改良,可有效提高各层滑面的抗力,有望成为滑坡治理中的一种有效方法,具有工艺简单、易于实施、可靠性好、造价底、工期短、见效快、地面环境无痕迹、地下无污染等特点。
