Deep surface soil stratum large-diameter shaft raise-boring construction method
The invention discloses a deep surface soil stratum large-diameter shaft raise-boring construction method. The method comprises the following steps of (A) shaft construction preparation work; (B) the rotary drilling rig excavates a surface soil section to form a pilot well, and the pilot well is excavated to a bedrock section; (C) backfilling the pilot well with concrete; (D) full-well deep guide hole construction; (E) performing raise boring on the bedrock section, and performing primary boring; (F) reaming the surface soil section; (G) well wall supporting; through newly designed construction steps, the advantages of a rotary drilling rig and the advantages of a raise boring machine are combined together, and the shaft construction technology which is safe, reliable, short in construction period and low in engineering cost is formed; according to the method, a surface soil layer is replaced by concrete or similar concrete with proper strength, so that the whole well depth is suitable for a raise boring process, and the purpose of safely, quickly and economically constructing a shaft is achieved.
