The top surface decorative film comprises a base cloth layer and a surface film layer, the surface film layer is compounded on the upper surface of the base cloth layer, and a protective layer is compounded on the lower surface of the base cloth layer. The base cloth layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of waterborne polyurethane emulsion, 3 to 9 parts of polybutylene terephthalate fiber, 5 to 12 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 4 to 8 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 2 to 4 parts of chitin fiber, 2 to 4 parts of cloth forming aid, 7 to 12 parts of titanium dioxide and 9 to 16 parts of nano calcium carbonate. The prepared top surface decorative film has the advantages of scratch resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, flame retardance, strong adhesion with a wall surface, good flatness, safety and environmental protection in use, difficulty in falling off and long service life.
