PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface decorative panel capable of enhancing plane compressive strength while capable of suppressing deformation such as warpage and dimensional change, a decorative panel having the same, and a surface decorative panel manufacturing method capable of effectively manufacturing the surface decorative panel.SOLUTION: A surface decorative panel 20 has a surface sheet 21 with a decorative layer 22 arranged on one side of a thickness direction of the thermoplastic resin sheet 23 and an uneven fiber reinforced resin layer 32 which has a plurality of projections 34 arranged on the other side of the thickness direction of the surface sheet and projecting toward one side of the thickness direction so that a recess 33 opening to the other side of the thickness direction is formed, and contains a fiber sheet 30 and a thermosetting resin as a resin main component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】反りや寸法変化等の変形を抑制可能でありながらも、平面圧縮強度を向上し得る表面化粧パネル、これを備えた化粧パネル及びこのような表面化粧パネルを効果的に製造し得る表面化粧パネル製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】表面化粧パネル２０は、熱可塑性樹脂シート２３の厚さ方向一方側に化粧層２２が設けられた表面シート２１と、この表面シートの厚さ方向他方側に設けられ、厚さ方向他方側に開口する凹部３３が形成されるように厚さ方向一方側に向けて突出する多数の凸部３４を有し、かつ繊維シート３０を含み、熱硬化性樹脂を樹脂主成分とする凹凸繊維強化樹脂層３２と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
